Demonstrated ability to convey complex information and ideas clearly at all levels while prioritizing time-sensitive technical and administrative requirements.

Manage large amounts of incoming calls and all local in person customers. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations including PCI compliance. Identify and implement cost savings opportunities. Tax experience is a plus.

Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care. Professional dues and licensure fully paid*.
