Inside Sales – Safety & Industrial Supplies

Productivity, Inc is a machine tool distributor headquartered in Plymouth, MN. In addition to metalworking equipment, we supply related tooling and accessories as well as MRO and safety supplies.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide product & technical information to support our customers and outside sales team.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Act as a resource to the customer regarding safety and industrial supply products
• Answer calls, research and recommend options, source products, provide quotes, check price and delivery and enter orders.
• Product or industry experience preferred – safety, industrial maintenance supplies, abrasives, construction or MRO products
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, be organized, and manage time effectively
• Strong computer skills. Proficient with all Microsoft Office Programs: Outlook, Word, Excel
