Position: Customer Success Representative

Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, courteous, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Listen, document, respond, resolve and report all customer needs and concerns
  • Identify and predict potential needs of each customer and communicate solutions
  • Communicate and collect accurate information to/from both customers and co-workers to ensure a timely solution and best customer experience.
  • Leverage important information uncovered during interactions and report to sales team
  • Connect customers to managers, engineers, or other team members for support.
  • Assist Sales team with order processing, reviewing and updating customer accounts
  • Communicate updates on open orders to customers and co-workers on a daily basis
  • Ensure and maintain pricing on Price Analysis Worksheet (PAW) templates as accurate and up to date
  • Manage customer satisfaction with quality checks and other follow-up activities
  • Answer sales office line and email and respond timely and courteously to customers. Route calls to appropriate team members
  • Assist Engineering Manager with documentation packages and other customer resources needed
  • Utilize CRM and Accounting systems daily
  • Assist with Sales and Marketing initiatives
  • Effectively and creatively navigate all resources to gain the knowledge base needed to problem solve and grow. Work closely with other team members
  • Continually improve processes and assist or lead in implementation
  • Follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures established by the Company
  • Be willing to evolve and grow professionally and personally
  • Accept additional assigned responsibilities as assigned or when required by customer needs

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a professional office/business setting
  • 2+ years of CRM, ERP or other software experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Calendar)
  • Must have a positive attitude, be a self-starter, and solution minded
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and utilize internal resources
  • Must be well organized and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be deadline and detail-oriented

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
