Ritchie Lakeland Oil & Propane is currently seeking a highly motivated, customer focused, Customer Service Representative whose role is to answer incoming calls from customers, educating and providing customers with information on our products and services.

Our office in Minocqua, WI is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact with our customers in our call center. Our customer service representatives are passionate, customer-focused professionals with outstanding people skills.

As a customer service professional, your responsibilities will include:

• Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction
• Investigating and resolving customer questions
• Assisting with a number of administrative duties, such as: Filing, Data Entry, billing and taking customer payments
• Input orders and ensure accurate entry
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and mange time effectively
• Have good communication skills with customers, management and co-workers
• The ability to deal with the demand of fast paced and high volume work environment
• Assist and support walk in customers at location

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of office experience in customer service or call-center environment working in the propane industry, a plus!.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong PC (Windows, MS Office) and data entry/typing skills.
• Ability to learn proprietary software systems quickly & efficiently with training
• Have the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments.
