We are seeking Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. We provide a merit based full corporate training with a fast track program to management 30-90 days. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. (ON SITE)

Responsibilities:

• Provide information about the products and services to clients
• NO SALES OR COLD CALLING REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be comfortable in face pace environment

Pay: $690.00 - $950.00 per week
