The Customer Relationship Advocate team an integral part of our team that places warranty claims, schedules deliveries, sets up work orders for technicians, receives inbound calls, makes outbound calls, and fulfills purchasing duties as needed.

  • This is a full-time hourly position that is required to work some evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Pay up to $25 per hour, depending on prior experience, knowledge and skills.

This position requires: Exceptional customer service skills, phone skills, trouble shooting skills, mechanically minded, multi-tasking, project management, purchasing, high motivation, PC skills (MS office), team player and knowledge of retail operations. Ability to lift up to 50lbs., climb heights up to 6ft.
