We're looking for a positive and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm during periods of high stress. Candidates will be responsible for conveniently communicating with customers through multiple channels and ensuring that each interaction is both efficient and educational. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to this position. Knowledge of basic sewing is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor while speaking with customers or clients.
• Work on projects according to specific instructions.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and live chat.
• Assist with sewing and pattern questions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
