Job Summary

Join our Safari Helicopters Ohana.

Duties to include internet and phone reservations, answering email inquiries. Assist our guests with check in, and safety briefing.

Responsibilities and Duties

Internet and phone reservation. Answers emails inquiry, assist guests check in, process weight and balance prior to flight. Occasional flight safety briefing and aircraft boarding.

Process some gift shop sales. Maintain clean and organize atmosphere for guests and work station.

We will provide all necessary training

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma

Guest Service experience

Have knowledge of Hawaiian (Kauai) History

Respectful

Hardworking

Dependable

Team oriented

Self-accountable

Multi-task capable

Basic computer skills

Great Communication skills

Friendly and self motivated, with positive and strong work ethics who likes to work with the tourist industry.

Must have clean drivers abstract.
