The customer service specialist will be responsible for accurate review and analysis of customer orders for products offered by Ramsey Electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Order Processing
- Download customer orders and review for accuracy
- Enter Customer Purchase Orders (new/change) and review for accuracy

- Enter Customer Quotations
- Order Acknowledgement
- Send invoice via email as requested
- Exhibit a complete knowledge of Ramsey Electronics product line to serve the customer in an effective way
- Communicate with customers for order assistance and problem resolution as needed
- Maintain close communication with Production regarding orders, to customer’s expectations
- Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or equivalent
• 1 – 3 years customer service-related experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to efficiently communicate with internal and external parties
• Must be able to meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
