Job Description :

LYCON Inc. is looking for a motivated individual to join our Order Center in Sauk City, WI. Successful candidates are customer-oriented and enjoy taking on challenges in a fast-paced work environment speaking directly with our customers on the phone in a small call-center environment.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Answer calls in a quick and efficient manner.
  • Calling customers to confirm pending orders.
  • Enter customer concrete & aggregate orders to fit within our delivery schedule and with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Utilize electronic maps to find the route most suitable to customers’ jobs.
  • Explain product and pricing information to current and potential customers.
  • Assist customers with problems related to their order or delivery.
  • Process payments for customers who do not have a charge account.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook preferred.
  • Familiar with online maps such as Google Maps.
  • Training in use of software, phone system, and products will be provided on the job.
