The Washbay Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer service and developing an excellent customer experience for truck owner-operators at our Washbay in Kittery, ME.

This is a full-time permanent position. Employees should expect to work at least 40 hours per week. Hours are typically Monday thru Friday, roughly 7:00am - 4:00pm. There is flexibility to work some Saturdays, roughly 7:00am - 3:30pm, and to arrange and agree on one's schedule with our Washbay Manager, once hired.

Duties include:

• Manage and administer customer payments in our point-of-sale (POS) system (Clover)
• Develop a strong knowledge of our truck wash services and sell them to customers that arrive at our Washbay
• Maintain a good rapport with customers and team members
• Setup new customers in POS system
• Be responsible for cashing out at the end of each day
• Operate automated equipment when necessary
• Occasionally pressure wash floors of refrigerated trailers
• Use electronic system to activate equipment
• Guide and instruct customers in our automated Washbay

General:

• Create a physical environment that is clean and welcoming to our customers (owner-operators of trucks)
• Keep exterior entry and surrounding area tidy and free from debris (sweep dirt, leaves and other debris)
• In the wintertime, ensure a safe walking environment to our office (light shoveling, sand/salt)

COVID-19 considerations:
Masks are not required in our office and reception area. That said, masks are welcome and our customer areas has a plastic barrier between customers, as well as two large windows for ventilation.
