We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with a professional and pleasant demeanor to support our client pick-up business. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling client inquiries and ensuring outstanding orders have been retrieved.

Job Responsibilities

o Retrieve complete client orders.

o Ensure orders are paid in full and proactively call clients to notify them of complete orders.

o Obtain payment information on orders with partial balances and process order cancellations

o Manage existing client orders by contacting clients with orders greater than 30 days old and aggressively managing orders more than 60 days old.

o Perform a physical inventory of complete orders.

o Act as a back-up resource for client service team by retrieving inbound client calls and responding to client’s inquiries in a timely manner.

o Reconcile all cash and check payments to a cashbox report.

o Update client order notes in the ERP system.

o Address client’s inquiries regarding order availability; product lead times and adjusting shipping methods.

o Schedule messenger deliveries quickly and accurately while ensuring all orders are picked up and delivered on time.

o Manage product flow and expedite product on partially complete orders within the Open Sales Order Report

o Communicate with vendors regarding back ordered products, replacement products and cancellation of purchase orders.

Candidate Profile

o Ability to multi-task in a high-speed working environment.

o Strong follow-up and time management skills are required

o Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with both existing and new customers, as well as coworkers

o Experience with Microsoft Office – Basic skills in MS Word and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.63 - $24.04 per hour
