Job Responsibilities

• Navigate, resolve, and respond to customer interactions utilizing various messaging platforms within a designated response time
• Accurately update and maintain customer records and company information in multiple systems
• Understand the voice of the customer and bring any areas of deficiency to the organization’s leaders
• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
• Handle multiple customer interactions and internal requests simultaneously

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• 2-4+ years experience in a customer service associate role
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
• Ability to work some nights and weekend shifts as required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
