CRM Marketing Administrator

San Diego, CA

Your tasks:

As a key member of the Miltenyi Biotec Marketing team, you will help create scalable processes and ensure best practices for CRM data management to support sales and marketing. Additionally, you will maintain database integrity, customer accounts data, and contact workflows. You will help perform unit integration and acceptance testing as part of the Global team, provide input to specifications for systems, and conduct training sessions for expanding data analytics and CRM knowledge throughout the organization that will enable the continuous improvement of the customer experience at Miltenyi Biotec.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Function as a key CRM data entry for marketing leads and related activities.
• Assist in customer account maintenance and validation.
• Produce standardized reports for business needs.
• Cleanse data in CRM and eMarketing to allow data integration between both systems.
• Perform regular data quality checks to identify business process problems or failures.
• Identify solutions to enhance efficiency and business effectiveness within the defined CRM processes.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Associate degree required and at least two years data maintenance experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Windows Office suite of programs required as well as the ability to learn systems quickly and learn the integration of BI/CRM/eMarketing systems.
• Strong attention to detail critical.
• Data cleansing experience preferred.
• Excel analytical capabilities are a strong plus.

The anticipated base salary range has been established at $44,064-$66,096/year. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above salary range represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition to your salary, the Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, plus a 401(k) plan. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
