We're looking for a driven and motivated Office Manager to support our construction business. This individual must be organized and detail-oriented, and will work with our construction management team to ensure our projects runs efficiently. Must be knowledgeable in Quickbooks and accounts receivable and payable. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a background in office administration and must be willing to take initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Quickbooks
• Oversee office supplies and budgeting.
• Manage communication between construction team members and the administrative staff.
• Manage the budget for office technology.
• Manage the maintenance of all office equipment.
• Oversee the printing of documents.
• Work with outside vendors on construction projects.
• Answer Phones and Emails

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,972.00 - $51,066.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
