Join our dynamic team of professionals as a Receptionist/Concierge at Evergreen Senior Living. As the Receptionist/Concierge you are responsible for graciously greeting visitors, addressing questions or concerns of our residents and families, and providing support to sales and marketing and the business office. The Receptionist pays attention to details and uses creativity to create a positive experience with current and prospective elders.

Receptionist responsibilities include answering incoming telephone calls, monitoring the lobby for visitors and guests and greeting in a friendly and professional manner. Also, receiving and sending packages for residents and delivering mail promptly.

The Receptionist also supports the marketing team manage the inquiry process connecting caller and/or visitor to appropriate team members. Also assists with assembling marketing packets as needed.

The Receptionist works closely with the Business Office Director processing bi-monthly payroll and the hiring process.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and be vaccinated for COVID-19.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
