BRAND NEW opportunity to work for a LATAM division of a multi-billion dollar company in South Florida! Hybrid based position in Weston!

Assist HR leadership in budgeting and planning for the compensation department. System decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance from senior HR leadership.

• Bachelor's Degree Human Resource Management or Related Field required
• Experience with Latin America
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• 5 years Human Resources with a Compensation focus required
• 3+ years Management - Supervisory Position with managing direct reports required

Certified Compensation Professional certification preferred

• Advanced level Excel skills required
• Intermediate HRIS skills required, Workday preferred
• Experience with Executive level benefits preferred
• Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, consensus building skills.
• Demonstrated HR analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills needed.
