POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Research Finance Professional position is a part-time to full-time position. This position is responsible for the coordination of invoicing from site to sponsor for clinical trials.

Responsibilities: The Clinical Research Financial Professional:

• Analyzes information and creates accurate and timely reports that add value to the management of operations
• Ensures financial reporting meets the compliance needs of internal and external users
• Works with internal and external contacts to carry out department objectives
• Accurately records site financial receivable and payable accounts
• Performs reconciliations; navigates through systems and reporting tools to independently resolve routine and non-routine discrepancies
• Handle the financial reporting of all clinical trials

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance and two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous clinical research experience preferred
• Ability to multitask
• Self Motivated
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with electronic clinical research databases and industry clinical trials accounting
