Clearlyderm is a full scale dermatology practice offering medical and cosmetic dermatology services with a network of clinics across Palm Beach and Broward counties. Our practice is growing rapidly and continuing to expand our clinical research arm.

We are looking for an energetic, detail oriented clinical coordinator to facilitate all phases of new studies as well as ongoing coordination and maintenance of open studies. This role will work closely with the Principal Investigator (PI) and assist in recruiting patients as well as broader administration of Clearlyderm's clinical research studies.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinates trial activities and ongoing maintenance of trials
• Schedules study participant appointments serving as the lead for recruitment
• Reviews and comprehends each assigned protocol including study timelines, inclusion and exclusion criteria
• Communicates with potential study patients about protocols and enrollment processes.
• Helps build budgets for studies
• Coordinates approval of new study agreements and contracts
• Coordinates and attends trial related visits and meetings

Desired qualifications:

• BA degree in science or related field
• Previous clinical trial experience a plus (minimum 3 years)
• Experience working in a team based environment
• Ability to adapt to ever changing program needs
• Proven track record with learning new technologies and programs
• Self-Starter. Ability to achieve results with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with clarity both verbally and in writing
