Job Description :
- Support Incoming Phone Calls
- Manage General Office Activity
- Participate in assigned and ad-hoc project work
- Process requests (initiation to completion) efficiently and accurately
- Prepare requested documentation
- Monitor and communicate status of requests
- Troubleshoot delays and issues
- Interface with custodians to address and resolve client needs.
- Maintain data integrity of systems including the Advent/BlackDiamond Portfolio Accounting System and Salesforce CRM (which includes Workflow and Task monitoring).
- Ensure firm procedures are followed.
- Comply with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including SEC rules and regulations
- Perform additional duties as required or assigned.
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in business related field
- Minimum 2 years work experience
- Motivated professional who strives to exceed customer (internal and external) expectations
- Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Able to manage multiple tasks and competing/shifting priorities
- Strong communication (verbal/written) and organizational skills with the ability to work cooperatively with individuals while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Adaptable to new technology
