Responsibilities

•Front Desk/Chiropractic Assistants (CAs) provide administrative and clinical support to the Chiropractors

•CAs ensure that the practice is running optimally

•A successful candidate will be highly organized, neatly presented, charismatic, punctual, patient centric and ready to learn

•Assisting the Doctor(s) with patient management

•Ushering patients through the clinic

•Preparing patients for diagnostic imaging and therapies

•Removing patients from therapies

•Assisting patient with intake form completion

•Acquiring patient's personal and medical information

•Supporting Doctors as needed

•Additionally, the CA will be responsible for;

•Welcoming patients

•Answering phones, mails and text

•Scheduling appointments

•Managing patient care

•Verifying patient's insurance benefits and payment methods

•Social media management

•Google review management

•Ensuring waiting room, treatment rooms, and therapy rooms are in excellent condition

•Tracking and ordering inventory

•Posting payments

•Managing ChiroFusion software (training provided via ChiroFusion Support)

•Marketing development and support for our doctors

•Assisting doctors to secure educational and patient recruitment opportunities at businesses, health fairs, community events, ect

•Promote and develop relationships with key decision makers to provide an opportunity for Adjust 2 You Chiropractic to communicate the benefits of chiropractic as a key component to employees and community members

•This position requires availability for both weekday evenings and weekends to make patient calls for new patients and emergencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
