Job Description :

We are seeking an entrepreneurial CEO with experience in the home healthcare industry and a passion for media and technology to lead our homecare company to extraordinary heights. The CEO will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for the company, developing and executing business plans, managing financial and operational performance, and ensuring the company meets its business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong media experience, be comfortable on camera, and have experience with social media and YouTube videos. They should also be tech savvy with knowledge of AI, remote patient monitoring technologies, wearables, NLP, and other cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a strategic plan that leverages RPM and cutting-edge technologies to drive growth, profitability, and market share. Continuously evaluate and adjust the company’s strategy in response to changes in the market, customer needs, and other factors.
  • Raising Capital: As the leader of the company, the CEO is ultimately responsible for raising private capital to expand the business. This involves identifying potential investors, developing a compelling business case, and presenting a clear plan for growth and profitability. The CEO must have a deep understanding of the market and industry in order to identify the most promising sources of capital and must be able to communicate effectively with investors to build trust and confidence.
  • Financial Performance: Oversee the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure the company is financially stable and meeting its financial targets, and make adjustments as needed to ensure long-term success.
  • Operations Management: Direct and manage the company’s operations, including home care services, sales, marketing, and administration. Ensure processes are efficient and effective, and that the company is delivering high-quality products and services to its customers.
  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and direction to the company’s employees, ensuring that the company’s culture, values, and goals are upheld. Foster an environment of collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners. Ensure the company is meeting the needs and expectations of its customers.
  • Board Relations: Regularly communicate with and report to the company’s Board of Directors. Ensure the Board is informed of the company’s performance and progress, and seek input and guidance as needed.
  • Market Development: Stay informed of industry trends, changes, and opportunities. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets to expand the company’s reach and revenue.
  • Media and Marketing: Lead the company’s media and marketing efforts, including social media, YouTube videos, and other forms of online content. Be comfortable on camera and able to communicate effectively with customers and other stakeholders through video and other media.
  • Technology Integration: Lead the integration of cutting-edge technologies, including AI, remote patient monitoring, wearables, NLP, and others, into the company’s products and services. Ensure the company is utilizing technology to improve customer experience, enhance quality of care, and drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and profitability, and experience in RPM.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective business plans.
  • Excellent financial acumen, with a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees, build strong relationships with customers, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of home care services and the healthcare industry, with a passion for utilizing technology to improve patient outcomes.
  • Strong media experience, with the ability to effectively communicate through social media, YouTube videos, and other forms of online content. Comfortable on camera and able to present ideas and information in an engaging and persuasive manner.
  • Tech-savvy, with knowledge of AI, remote patient monitoring technologies, wearables, NLP, and other cutting-edge technologies, and the ability to lead their integration into the company’s products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Compensation

The compensation package includes a modest base salary as well as stock options, with the potential for significant financial gain through driving company growth and achieving either an IPO or strategic sale.
