Job Summary

We are looking for someone that isn't afraid of a fast-paced, non-stop environment with exceptional clinical, organization and communication skills.

****We will provide IV training for this position as this person will be the Lead in providing one of our integrative services to our patients.****

Also- In this role when not administering IV’s this person will be responsible for greeting patients when they first enter into the office, rooming patients, taking blood pressure and temperature, injections, calling in refills, answering phones, completing faxes/scans/emails, scheduling patients, taking messages for the providers, documentation, data entry, collecting patient payments, etc. This role will work closely with additional employees in the office to complete daily tasks in a timely manner and ensure patient appointments stay on schedule. This person will also communicate closely with the providers in the office to ensure that the office-flow continues to run smoothly.
