What You’ll Need:

• Graduate of an accredited occupational or physical therapy educational program
• Active Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist state license
• Certified Hand Therapy Certification preferred, but not required. Should have a strong interest in pursuing the CHT certification
• Ability to work effectively in teams and autonomously in a fast-paced environment Dedication to providing exceptional quality of care to each of your patients

What You’ll Do:

• Make a powerful impact on your local community through inclusive occupational/physical therapy treatment
• Perform evaluations, establish goals, and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Provide efficient and effective occupational/physical therapy treatment in accordance with the established treatment plan
• Efficiently document all evaluations, treatments, and other pertinent patient interactions
• Provide education to the patient and family regarding patient’s condition and instruction for home activities
• Develop and maintain effective communication with the patient, family, and other members of the rehabilitation team
• Supervise and instruct occupational/physical therapy students according to professional guidelines
• Actively pursue professional growth through affiliation with occupational/physical therapy associations and attendance at workshops and conferences
