Smart Green Solar is looking for new Lead Generators to join our team!

Many of our Lead Generators our now in a Senior Closer position and making six-figures!

The Position:

Acting as the face of Smart Green Solar you and your team will be assigned a territory to canvass and generate leads for our Solar Consultants. Your job is not to make the sale, but to spark the interest and schedule a time and date for the presentation. Educating the consumer on why NOW is the right time to go Solar while freeing themselves from the rising costs of Utilities is the goal!

Compensation Plan:

• Weekly Salary ($500) plus Generous Commission Structure
• Commission for both Appointments Scheduled and those that result in a Sale
• Average Annual Earnings $52,000 with top performers making up to $80k!
• Medical, Dental and Vision available after 60 days of employment
• Monthly Company Outings - Dave and Busters, Bowling, etc. along with Weekly and Monthly Incentives make it one of the best places to work in Rhode Island and Mass!

Responsibilities:

• Report to the office daily for Team Meeting
• Schedule appointments with homeowners for our Sales Representatives
• Meet Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Targets set by Management
• Must be able to Self Manage and have a strong commitment to success
• Must not be afraid of going D2D and must be able to overcome rejection

Qualifications:

• Must be an excellent communicator and highly motivated
• Should have a Positive Mental Attitude and Desire to be Successful
• Someone who sets S.M.A.R.T. Goals for themselves
• Must be able to have reliable transportation to and from the office
• Must be 18 or older and be able to work 12pm-8pm Monday through Friday
• Some Saturdays may be required

The right candidate is HIGHLY MOTIVATED, articulate and considers themselves a hustler! No experience is required! We will train you on OUR PROGRAM which has proven to be successful over our 15+ year history. We will teach you on all things solar... as well as things like communication skills, negotiation tactics and how to overcome objections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
