*NOTE - Contract to Hire Position. Salary will be dependent on experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides Revenue Cycle Management Application Technical Project Support and cross training of available IT Staff:

1. Existing Cantata Health’s Revenue Cycle Management Application and new Medsphere Revenue Cycle Management Application to include:

• Provide day-to-day application support.
• Menu Setup and Security.
• Rules Manager for Patient Registration, Patient Billing, Collections, Medical Records, Quality Management Flows.
• Billing Forms group maintenance, and maintenance of Payor tables, Financial Class Table, and many other Patient Accounting tables, rules, and security.
• Insurance Payment batch processing.
• Work Queue setup, maintenance, and configuration.
• Table setup, maintenance, RCM printqueues, security access and management.

2. Change and Patch Management:

• Coordination and testing of new and modified releases and patches.
• Coordinate, setup, schedule, and ensure testing and code toad verification by ACM super uses.
• Coordinate with Vendor on testing results and create Customer Service Request (CSR) if any issue should arise apart of the testing and validation efforts.
• Scheduled with Vendor the movement of the releases and patch to production environment.

Additional support for the following sub modules: Patient Registration, Patient Billing, Collections (ARMS), Patient letters, Data Mailers, and Medical Records and Health Information Management.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Minimum of 2 years of experience and knowledge in Medsphere Revenue Cycle Management Software and Cantata Revenue Cycle Management software.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
