Job Summary
Client Support Specialists are members of a team that provide concierge-level 24/7 telephone coverage and scheduling support for multiple homecare agencies throughout the US and Canada. When handling calls and transactions for specific agencies, Agents perform as if they are local representatives of those agencies.
Starting $16 per hours during for two weeks of training. Earn up to $20.00 per hour in first 90 days. Up to $22.00 per hour based on shift!

Workspace
  • A dedicated and private workspace at home where PII information cannot be disclosed visually or verbally.
Bandwidth
  • Stable Internet connection (Bandwidth minimum of 25 mbps download/10 mbps upload)

  • Monitor (optional)

  • Keyboard (optional)
  • Webcam or phone with Google video meeting capability

  • Responsible for answering a variety of inbound calls
  • Provide best-in-class customer service to our clients through phone and email correspondence
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records for our clients and our organization
  • Demonstrates empathy, concern and care to customers
  • Accept coaching and direction from team leaders to ensure continued improvement within your role
  • Demonstrates commitment through reliable and punctual attendance
  • Always maintain a professional, respectful, and polite demeanor with clients and coworkers
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership
Minimum qualifications
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Previous experience with phone customer service handling large call volumes preferred
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn company software
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word/Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to effectively and politely communicate positively and professionally with clients and coworkers
