Bernie’s is seeking a full-time Business Manager who will work directly with the restaurant ownership and Managers to establish and achieve financial-oriented goals.

Responsibilities:

-Plan strategies for streamlining and improving business operations

-Oversee the budget and expenses for each department

-Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in negotiating vendor contracts

-Interface with our accountants, HR, and payroll providers

-Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and physical cash

-Invoicing and bill pay

-Maintain and organize confidential personnel and financial documents

-Understand market trends and stay current on local events that may affect business

Qualifications:

-Bachelors in accounting, business management, or administration preferred

-Professional accounting or administrative experience preferred

-Microsoft Excel or comparable software experience preferred

-Quickbooks experience preferred

-Ability to communicate efficiently in a pleasant and professional manner

-Excellent writing and organizational skills

-Strong attention to detail

-Analytical problem-solving skills

-Strong leadership and management skills to guide others to implement ideas and goals
