We are looking for a go-getter with three years of CPG brand marketing experience and a passion for brand management - that curious thinker who is intrigued by consumer and shopper behavior. And most importantly, we need a rock star on Nielsen and IRI data platforms. If you have a gift for analyzing data and identifying insights through these data platforms as well as through, financial, consumer, and customer/retailer information and can make recommendations to support business initiatives and/or actionable tasks to drive results, then we would like to hear from you.

Core Skills and Qualifications

The ideal Associate Brand Manager candidate must possess all of the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Marketing or Business
• Three (3) years of experience in CPG brand marketing
• Comprehensive knowledge of and experience using Nielsen and/or IRI consumption data
• Analytical skills with the ability to convert data into solid strategic recommendations
• Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary in order to persuade and influence decision making of individuals, groups, or work teams, and to explain difficult issues
• Ability to work on a hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in Evanston, IL office and 2 days remote

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing
