Assistant Executive Director
Frontier Management is seeking an outstanding Assistant Executive Director to join The Reserve at Royal Oaks Memory Care community located in Houston, Texas. Demonstrated success as a leader in similar settings is required of the Assistant Executive Director.

The Assistant Executive Director is responsible for managing under the direction of the Executive Director the day-to-day operations of the community, achieving and maintaining maximum occupancy of the community to capacity, achieving high resident satisfaction and quality resident care/services, ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal requirements, generating respect in the community for the community, ensuring smooth operation of the community, and generating the projected profit for the company.

The Assistant Executive Director qualifies for Performance Based Bonus Programs! Frontier Management, LLC has two established Performance Based Bonus programs for our community’s Management team: The Exceeding Net Operating Income Bonus and the Marketing Bonus Program (Management Team).
