Duties:

Include design, planning, code compliance with agencies having jurisdiction and construction documentation.

Qualifications and experience:

California licensed architect.

Degree in architecture.

Minimum experience ten (10) years in architect's offices.

Experience with healthcare and public schools in California.

AutoCad, Revit, & SketchUp.

Benefits:

Current projects include: hospital master plan, 15 plus hospital renovation projects in clinical settings (HCAI/OSHPD), 4 story aprtment for workforce housing over concrete parking podium, master plan 3 firehouse renovations, 3 story office building remodel for Monterey Bay Aquarium, new high school stadium and band building.
