About the Role
The Pixie Project, a growing non-profit animal rescue, is looking to add a Full-Time Adoption Program Administrator to our team! We’re looking for a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills who can help facilitate communication between the cat and dog adoption teams at Pixie and potential adopters, foster families, and pet owners looking for assistance. No animal experience required—we’re looking for someone to help manage the emails, phone calls, and paperwork generated by the adoption program, to make sure all inquiries are answered, and to relay information between our adoption teams and potential adopters

Responsibilities will include:
-Communicating with adopters, scheduling meetings and appointments, usually via email
-Answering phone calls, processing adoption paperwork, scanning/copying/filing
-Greeting clients, accepting donations
-Data entry in adoption and clinic databases

Desired skills + experience:
-Experience with office administration and customer service
-Attention to detail, ability to multi-task
-Ability to clearly communicate in person, over the phone, and via email

Schedule + Pay Rate
This is a full-time position with a starting pay rate of $17-$20/hr, depending on experience

Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, PTO, and paid holidays

Days/Hours: Tues-Fri 10-6 and Sat 10-4. The Pixie Project is a fast-paced animal rescue and applicants must be comfortable working in an office environment with animals.
