Position Title: Admin & Treatment coordinator

Reports To: Practice Dentist or Office Manager, as assigned

We are looking for full time Admin & Treatment coordinator. Must love caring for your patient, attention to detail and be a great team player! Candidate needs to be kind, flexible, reliable, energetic with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills
Scheduling and confirming patients appointment
answering and reviewing treatment with patients
Verifying insurances
Be comfortable presenting treatment plan and collecting payments from patients
Open dental program & sales experience preferred
Dental front office 2 years experience and Chinese language is a plus
