Essential Position Responsibilities:
· Greeting visitors

· Maintaining calendars for client appointments
· Tax return and financial statement assembly
· Data entry
· Word processing
· Mail distribution
· File maintenance, scan documents
· Process payments and accurately apply to customer accounts
Qualifications:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
· Organization, professionalism and dependability are of utmost importance
· High school diploma required, additional education preferred
· Preferred 2+ years in customer service experience
· Must be able to lift 20 pounds
· Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
