Responsibilities:

• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and general data entry for bookkeeping and record keeping.
• Providing support to Owners & Upper management for conduct of daily operations.
• Assisting with human resources.
• Answering and screening phone calls and routing them to the appropriate party.
• Placing phone calls to support the needs of the daily operations.
• Greeting and assisting visitors.
• Maintain polite and professional communication in person, via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Anticipate the needs of others to help ensure a seamless workflow and a positive experience.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic office equipment knowledge (computer, copier, fax, multi-line phone system)
• Customer service/people skills.
• Computer literate.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, & QuickBooks.
• Must have a professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must be thorough and pay attention to details.
• Enthusiasm for learning.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
