Qualifications:

• 1+ years working with or maintaining a vehicle fleet
• Pass drug and alcohol screening
• Valid NM Driver’s license
• Lift at least 50 pounds
• Computer skills
• Good mobility as duties require getting in / out and working around fleet truck
• Ability to be on feet and in the outside yard 60-70% of the workday
• Ability to interact with drivers and various levels of management

Description:

Professionally represent company Real Estate & Facilities Services organization both externally and within company. Assist with management of corporate vehicle fleet (primarily trucks but other vehicles and trailers are included)

• Assist drivers with repairs
• Assist stranded drivers with recovery and fix of vehicle.
• Shuttle vehicles to / from vehicle repair facilities
• Coordinate with Fleet Management company on repairs and maintenance
• Clean and ensure maintenance is performed on spare and pool vehicles
• Ensure required fleet paperwork is current and complete in spare and pool vehicles
• Assist Fleet Coordinator with delivery of new vehicles and shipping out of old
• Includes dismantling any aftermarket equipment that must be removed before vehicle is removed from fleet
• Assist Fleet Coordinator with assignment of spare and pool vehicles
• Execute minor transactions with the fleet vehicle management systems
• Assist with small building maintenance tasks
• Other tasks and assignments as needed by REFS Director and Fleet Coordinator
