Location: Burlington, VT (Hybrid: both in-person & remote)

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Job Summary:

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant responsible for organizing and providing support for the day-to-day tasks of our Owner. We are looking for someone willing to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and ready to act when problems arise.

Our ideal candidate will possess the ability to multitask efficiently with strong attention to detail. They can effectively prioritize and react to situations and prioritize tasks with the appropriate levels of urgency. They should also have exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to think critically and solve problems with limited guidance.

This person will be a highly self-motivated self-starter with a strong sense of initiative. They also need to possess the ability to anticipate any Executive needs and be a driving force in keeping projects and tasks moving forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex schedules and calendars for executives and work across multiple time zones with remote employees.
  • Identify and implement solutions to improve efficiencies among the team
  • Work with owner and co-collaborators to ensure schedules align with priorities
  • Run personal and business-related errands on behalf of Owner
  • Effectively prioritize incoming tasks for Owner
  • Accompany Owner on travel shoots when necessary
  • Schedule and take notes during meetings
  • Assist with research and other administrative duties as needed

Required Education, Experience, and Eligibility Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Administrative experience
  • Great interpersonal and organizational communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and task-driven
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Notion
  • Comfortable working with executives and high-profile figures in media
  • Flexibility to adapt with changing timelines and deliverables
