The Morey Organization is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Accounting Specialist. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: executing the day to day accounting and processing as well as assisting with reporting for the Morey Organization and associated entities.

Candidates must possess the following qualities: intermediate knowledge of Excel; accounts payable experience; aptitude for learning new systems; excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with all levels of staff and management as well as varying personality types; able to work independently and in a team environment; able to work efficiently to meet deadlines; productive with a high degree of accuracy; consistency in follow-up and follow through of tasks to completion; problem -solving and analytical skills.

A minimum of two years relevant accounting experience is a must. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is desirable but not required.

The position is a full time, 12-month role in our Wildwood, NJ office. Individuals must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include some weekends or evening at times.
