We provide a full array of services including Billing, Human Resources, Accounting, Treasury, Finance, Purchasing, Quality, and Compliance services for our clients.

SUMMARY:
In this critical role, we are looking for a full-time Accounting Manager to assist in managing the accounting and finance function.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Reviewing accounts payable ledgers to ensure accuracy. Managing Accounts Payable Clerk to ensure invoices are recorded timely.

· Working with Billing team to ensure revenue reconciles monthly with accounting.

· Review with billing team monthly collections and help improve DSO.

· Performing month-end close duties including cash transactions, payables accruals, inventory accruals, prepaids, etc.

· Monthly matching of implant costs to earned revenue.

· Ensure tax compliance for annual taxes and local and state regulations. Support outside firm for annual tax and K1 submissions.

· Communication with Director on monthly performance results and initiatives

· Reconciling monthly statements

· Recording of day-to-day transactions across multiple entities

· Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
