Accounting Clerk
Full-Time
Warmboard Inc. is a Scotts Valley-based company that manufactures and sells radiant heating systems nationally and internationally. We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to perform general accounting duties and assist the Controller.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience with the following:
- Sales Order/Payment processing
- Accounts Payable
- Month-End Close
- Sales Tax Reporting
- Fixed Asset Tracking and Depreciation
- Inventory Management
- G/L and Trade Accounts Reconciliation
We are seeking someone with professional communication and customer service skills. This position must be able to handle sensitive and confidential material appropriately. Experience with HR/Benefits and Payroll is a plus.
