Our not-so-small company in a small town is growing again! If you have multiple years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping or being an office manager, you may be just the person we are looking for! We don’t need a supervisor of people, but someone that can manage tasks!
We are looking to add a member to our team that has extensive office experience. We need someone that is proficient in Microsoft office programs. That person must also have a deep understanding of general accounting principles and familiarity with GL's. We also need for you to have a broad understanding of office IT concepts and equipment. So that you can perform troubleshooting before sending things to IT.
We need someone that is a team player, with a go-get 'em attitude!
This position will be full-time in-office & will wear many hats, with the main focus being on bookkeeping. We require a candidate that is versatile and detail-oriented. If you have a history with HR or Benefits administration, that would be a plus! Extra bonus points for education in the accounting field and/or familiarity with Sage software. Our dream candidate understands the importance of accuracy and can also switch gears, or change direction, quickly when needed.
