Job Description :

Accountable Care Management Group is looking for an Accounting / Administrative Assistant to join our growing health benefits management team.

The Accounting / Administrative Assistant will participate in the daily company operations and will work closely with Senior Management. We are looking for a person that is self-motivated, highly organized, possesses a strong attention to detail.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accounting functions, including but not limited to, client billing, accounts receivable, receipts and accounts payable.
  • Manage Microsoft CRM/Ticketing system, emails and other messages from customers and providers and respond with the right answers or direct call to appropriate employee.
  • Data entry of medical application.
  • Monitoring group renewals & sales tasks and follow-up to assure fulfillment.
  • Requesting & follow up information from members & providers required to process claims.
  • Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Computer skills, preferably Microsoft Excel, Word & CRM.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be a team player with good listening, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: negotiable based on experience

Job Location: We are located on Paragon Rd, north of Miamisburg-Centerville Rd.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
