The Fastrac Companies are seeking an Accountant who will be responsible for routine financial transactions and general ledger duties, to include processing a weekly payroll. In addition, this position will check the accuracy of calculations performed by other personnel. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Accounting Degree preferred or minimum 5 years experience

Responsibilities:

• QuickBooks Accounting software
• Responsible for all aspects of payroll and payroll reporting
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor loans and other Payables & Receivables
• Recommend resolutions for report discrepancies and problems
• Compile statistical, financial, accounting/auditing reports and tables pertaining to: cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payables/receivables, and profits/losses
• Perform monthly close process
• Coordinate and prepare pertinent information for external accounting firm and ownership
• Prepare Cost Analysis for ownership on a regular basis
• Comply with Federal, State and Company policies, procedures and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
